Hi.

My name is Mike and I'm writing to thank Henry for his kindness and professionalism. Henry took me and my daughter Johanna ( age 12) on the Rim Ride on (I think) Nov. 20th. I have worked with the public as an instructor in the outdoors for over 30 years so I know what dedication, thoughtfulness, kindness and patience is required to do the quality work that Henry does. That quality is perhaps only obvious to those who have worked with the public in the outdoors. Perhaps it is so natural to Henry that he is not even aware of how good he is at his job.

Henry was just the right amount of firm, kind, conversational, and patient. I am not exaggerating this at all and I only hope that the management in your business sees his work as it is.

The horses were beautiful but Henry was the best!!!
